Northshore Marina has a prime location on Lake Travis, right across from Emerald Point and resting on the north shore of Lake Travis in Jonestown. We are the closest marina to the lake’s number one party spot, Devil’s Cove, and we’re a few steps away from The Hollows on Lake Travis waterfront community.

2. Has Northshore Marina at the Hollows won any awards?

3. What is The Hollows?

The Hollows at Lake Travis is a waterfront residential community designed with Lake Travis boating enthusiasts in mind. The Hollows creates a resort-like atmosphere, with luxury estate homes and extensive amenities – like Northshore Marina – incorporated into Lake Travis’s natural beauty.

4. Do I need to live at The Hollows to access Northshore Marina?

Northshore Marina is located within The Hollows, but you don’t need to live here to reserve a boat slip. We are proud to welcome boaters from all over!

5. What amenities does your marina have?

Northshore Marina offers a wide variety of amenities, including:

• A fully stocked ship store
• A common area with a grill, lounge chairs, and TV
• Two state-of-the-art trams with 3,500- and 1,200-pound capacities from the parking lot to the docks
• A pump-out station
• Wi-Fi
• Seven air-conditioned restrooms, three private showers, and three commercial-grade washers and dryers

6. Where can I get gas on Lake Travis?

Northshore Marina has a gas dock equipped with four pumps with premium 93 octane fuel. Pull up to the fuel dock during our ship store summer hours, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Sunday, and one of our friendly dockhands will help fill your tank.

7. What are the current gas prices on Lake Travis?

Our current Lake Travis fuel prices are $4.999 per gallon (subject to change). If you find yourself closer to one of our sister marinas, like VIP Lake Travis or the Sandy Creek Yacht Club, you can also fuel up there. Northshore Marina members get a 10 percent discount!

8. Does Northshore Marina offer boat rentals?

Northshore Marina does not offer boat rentals on Lake Travis. However, our sister marina, VIP Marina Lake Travis, has a robust fleet of premium boat rentals, including tritoons, jet skis, and party barges.

9. Do you need boat storage on Lake Travis?

Boat storage on Lake Travis is a must if you go boating frequently. Northshore Marina’s covered wet slips on Lake Travis give you convenient lake access any time of the year, while also protecting your vessel from the elements. Our boat slips include electricity, Wi-Fi, and freshwater supply, as well as access to amenities like our dock tram, common area, showers, and washers and dryers.

Northshore Marina is considered a true “deepwater” marina, and remains at consistent water levels even in drought conditions.

10. Does Northshore Marina have Lake Travis boat slips for rent?

Northshore Marina has six spacious docks with 328 covered Lake Travis boat slips, plus 100 personal watercraft ports. We offer the largest wet slips on Lake Travis, with our longest slip reaching 80 feet.

11. Can I get a transient boat slip rental at your marina?

If you’re only going to be in Lake Travis for a short period, you can take advantage of Northshore Marina’s transient boat slip rentals. Call us at 512-267-6222 or email us to inquire about transient reservations.

12. What boat slip sizes does Northshore Marina have?

Northshore Marina has eight different boat slip sizes to accommodate a wide variety of vessels:

• 12 feet x 28 feet
• 12 feet x 32 feet
• 16 feet x 36 feet
• 16 feet x 40 feet
• 16 feet x 46 feet
• 20 feet x 50 feet
• 20 feet x 55 feet
• 22 feet x 80 feet

We also offer personal watercraft (PWC) ports to store jet skis.

13. How much does a boat slip rental on Lake Travis cost?

The cost of a boat slip rental at Northshore Marina varies depending on the length of the lease and size of the slip. Our smallest slip (12’ x 28’) starts at $620 per month, and our largest (22’ x 80’) costs $2250 per month. 14. How do I reserve a slip at Northshore Marina?

To reserve a slip at Northshore Marina, simply fill out our online boat slip inquiry form. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss availability and lease terms.

15. Does your marina have a ship store?

Northshore Marina has a fully stocked ship store with everything you could need for a day on Lake Travis. The ship store has plenty of snacks, ice-cold beverages, and boat supplies and apparel, as well as allergy medicine, pain relievers, and personal hygiene products.

16. Does Northshore Marina at the Hollows host any events?

Northshore Marina at the Hollows hosts a variety of Lake Travis events throughout the year. In spring, families look forward to our annual Easter Egg Hunt, and summer brings beloved traditions like the Start of Summer Party and Folds of Honor Fundraiser, luau, and the Lake Travis Fourth of July fireworks. Even when peak boating season comes to a close, Northshore Marina remains a social hotspot with our famous Docktoberfest and Lighted Boat Parade.
